QUESTION: How much time do I have before I can no longer return items?

ANSWER: We don't accept any returns after 90 days from purchase.

QUESTION: So, modded my equipment, then installed it, can I still return it?

ANSWER: No. If you install or modify items ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds, or exchanges.

QUESTION: How long are products warrantied for?

ANSWER: DD Audio warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for a period of time not to exceed 24 months for subwoofers, components, earbuds and coaxial and 12 months for amplifiers from the original date of retail purchase.

QUESTION: Do I get a refund or replacement once you receive my purchased items?

ANSWER: Parts returned must be determined by DD Audio to be defective prior to any warranty credit or replacement is issued. DD Audio’s obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, any part proven defective. The customer must prepay transportation charges. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Warranties are non transferable.

QUESTION: I burnt up my coils, is this covered by my warranty?

ANSWER: No. Burnt or open coils are not covered as they are most typically the result of customer abuse or competition use or use outside of the parameters outside of those which the woofer is rated.
