Like A Boss
The 600 Series is a great entry point for a higher performance system design that keeps the vehicle as close to stock as possible. These subs will perform like a boss on as little as 300-600 Watts, meaning even multiple woofer systems can be driven with one moderate powered amplifier. This keeps electrical upgrades minimal with less added strain on the vehicle. With a high energy, double stack motor paired with a laminated triple layer poly cotton spider suspension the 600 Series works best with vented and multi-order enclosures.

Any DD Audio Product bearing the Marine Grade logo incorporates water resistant features enabling it to be used in applications where moderate exposure to moisture will not result in damage to the product.
Marine Grade products are not waterproof, and submersion or excessive moisture exposure may result in product failure. DD Audio Marine Grade products are not certified for saltwater environments.
EROM (Extended Range Of Motion) surrounds, pioneered by DD in the early 90’s, allow our subs to have higher, more linear excursion with more cone area than subs using wider surround profiles. Simply put, this surround design allows our subwoofers to make more and better bass than other subs out there. In fact, we like this surround style so much that some variation of it is used on all levels of our subwoofers. The REDLINE EROM surround features new signature aesthetics including a red accent line pressed into the surround and an embossed REDLINE logo.
These high-temp voice coils are wound with USA made wire and held together with USA made adhesives. They feature a thick-walled, black anodized aluminum coil former for superb heat transfer.
Spiders are the heart of a subwoofers suspension. Engineered to work with today’s music and system design trends, the multi-layer, multi-configuration REDLINE spiders achieve the perfect balance between control and compliance to deliver longer excursion and deeper bass.
Utilizing a unique glass fiber and natural pulp formula, treated with a moisture resistant matte finish, REDLINE cones are ultra strong, yet impressively lightweight.
The motor’s backplate features precision drilled vents in the coil gap for increased voice coil heat dissipation.
The REDLINE subs feature extended pole pieces for added high excursion control and improved heat dissipation.
DD stamped basket uses rigid steel coated with a durable acoustic treatment resulting in a sturdy, low resonance design. It features precision punched DD logos incorporated into lower venting section.
DD cast baskets are custom designed for strength, stability, and precision. Using cast aluminum allows for added heat dissipation properties as well as high rigidity and low resonance. All these qualities combined, result in a basket that supports powerful high excursion designs.
Push terminals allow for quick sturdy connections to the speaker wire coming from your amplifier. These terminals will accept up to 10-Guage speaker wire for delivering maximum power to the voice coil.
